Reformer Pilates — 50 minutes of full-body strength on the bed. Suitable for first-timers and 10-year veterans.
Barre — 45 minutes of music-led, low-impact strength work. Ballet-inspired, surprisingly tough.
Stretch — 45 minutes of guided mobility and recovery. The only dedicated stretch class in the area.
TeenFormer — Reformer designed for 12-to-16-year-olds. Great for sporty teens looking to amplify training, and equally welcoming for those new to movement.

Drive: 5-7 minutes along Great North Road, then onto Majors Bay Road. Free street parking on Majors Bay Road and surrounding streets.
Walk or cycle: about 25 minutes through the back streets, mostly flat.
