The Pilates Project’s Reformer classes focus on strength, resistance and flexibility in a dynamic and lively atmosphere. A 50 minute burn-fest, sculpts, strengthens, aligns and improves balance and coordination, giving a whole body workout. Whether it be an advanced, intermediate or beginner class, your mental and physical strength will be challenged.

Barre at The Pilates Project is our high intensity, ballet influenced, music driven, low impact class specifically designed to cater for all levels of strength and fitness. Our high energy class is a full body conditioning workout combining the barre, light weights and floor work. With high reps and low impact repetitive movements, Barre challenges not only the large muscles but the smaller ones, creating a long and lean physique.

Pre & Post Natal
Our Pre/Post Natal Mat Pilates classes are a perfect blend of fitness and well-being designed to support and empower mums-to-be and new mums guided by our experienced instructors. These classes provide a safe and effective way to stay active during pregnancy and regain strength and flexibility postpartum. Join our community of expectant and new mothers and embark on a journey to strengthen your body, enhance your posture and connect with other mums in a supportive and nurturing environment.
