01.

REFORMER PILATES

50 minutes on the bed. Good music. Better company.

Strength, length, and full-body control — set to a playlist that earns its place. You'll work hard, you'll laugh between sets, you'll leave feeling taller than you walked in. Beginners welcome, regulars expected.

02.

BARRE

45 minutes. Loud playlist. Full room. Relentless burn.

Pulses at the barre, mat work, light weights — set to music loud enough to push you through the bits you'd normally quit on. Low-impact, surprisingly brutal, and the kind of class you book again before you've left the studio. No dance background required. Hydration recommended.

03.

STRETCH

50 minutes. The class your reformer days are quietly asking for.

A guided, instructor-led stretch and mobility class — slow, deliberate, deeply restorative. We work through the tight spots most people ignore: hips, shoulders, lower back, hamstrings. Suitable for every level, and especially for the bodies that lift, run, sit at desks, or push hard in other classes. The only dedicated stretch class on Majors Bay Road.

04.

TEENFORMER

Reformer Pilates for 12 to 16 year olds. The only class of its kind on Majors Bay Road.

A class specifically for young, growing bodies. We built it because Reformer Pilates does something most teen activities don't — it trains controlled strength, mobility, and joint stability in a way that supports everything else they're doing.

For teens who already play sport or dance, it amplifies their training and reduces injury risk. For teens who don't, it's the most accessible way we know to introduce strength training — no team, no pressure, no skill to prove.

A capped class. A welcoming environment. A confidence-building hour for the age group that needs it most.

Wednesdays at 5:30pm · $29 drop-in
